Tier 3 MLOPs Engineer (CVT - 004)

Job Description:

-Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of critical production systems and platforms. -Work with a collaborative Agile development team to manage Tier 3 incidents and help build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure that supports machine learning and AI across our program.

Required Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini -2+ years of experience with working in a system administrations operationsenvironment -2+ years of experience in working with Tier II and Tier III support and handling the incident management workflow -2+ years of experience working with test and evaluation -Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts to develop an MLOps ecosystem -Outstanding written communication skills and are able to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers -Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in a system administrations operations environment -Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire date

Preferred Qualifications:
