Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies. Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
Job Description:
-Collaborate with Product Owner, Engineering Lead, and Chief -Architect to ensure backlog quality, clarity, and prioritization. -Facilitate sprint ceremonies that produce consistent outcomes. -Promote and measure Agile metrics. -Collaborate closely with other scrum teams to align priorities, manage shared resources, and ensure consistent sequencing of work. -Gather and document technical and business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives such as in a Scrum Master role -Experience with JIRA -Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management -Experience teaching technical teams comprised of junior and senior team members basic Agile framework concepts -Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements, or 9+ years of experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements in lieu of a degree -Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
