Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Manager, D2C Reporting, Analytics, and Insights to join our Direct-to-Consumer team. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will partner closely with product, marketing, development, and internal business partners to define metrics, build dashboards, and guide data-informed decisions within the team, the organization, and for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to support executive and operational decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects: define premises, extract and clean data, and present insights in a way that is understandable across all stakeholders
- Leverage data from across the business technology ecosystem - including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (HubSpot), and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GSC, GTM) - to connect insights across systems and deliver comprehensive cross-functional reporting.
- Own the end-to-end production of monthly and quarterly client-facing performance review decks, translating complex data and insights into a clear and compelling format for clients.
- Lead the adoption and application of AI-driven tools and techniques to optimize data analysis, streamline reporting processes, and drive more actionable, business-ready insights.
- Collaborate with development and business intelligence to ensure data quality, pipeline reliability, and alignment between raw data sources and reporting layers.
- Review and evolve existing analytical frameworks, KPIs, and metrics.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the various datasets using SQL, Python, or R, and proactively surface insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain thorough documentation of data models, definitions, and analytical methodologies.
The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, with demonstrated ability to deliver business impact through data.
- Strong experience with at least one BI/visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R - including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
- Working knowledge of the product development life cycle, with experience supporting data needs across ideation, build, release, and post-launch analysis phases.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success applying machine learning and predictive modeling to improve analytical outcomes, reporting quality, and business insights.
- Proven track record of leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar) to materially enhance data analysis efficiency, automate workflows, and elevate insight generation and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to client, technical, and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science & Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
