Coordinate spares and repairs with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Finance, Configuration Management (CM), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Test.
Track on-time delivery and other key program metrics, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are managed across sustainment activities.
Participate in Saab's financial planning cycles by providing revenue forecasts and order projection feedback.
Analyze failure trends to drive improvements, request Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) reports, communicate findings to customers, and identify and mitigate customer inventory risks.
Complete system handovers with the appropriate Production Program Manager to ensure a clear transition of responsibilities and relevant information.
Develop customer reports aligned with the customer's model and present program updates during formal Saab and customer Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
Ensure compliance with Saab Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Travel up to 15% annually, both domestically and internationally.

Compensation Range: $101,600 - $132,000 The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
