Database Engineer

DESCRIPTION: S&P Global Inc. seeks a Database Engineer who will develop next-generation analytics platforms. Support existing analytics platforms and technologies, for BAU and defect development efforts. Work with Product Mangers to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Work with development managers, architects, and other developers to create optimal technical solutions. Create documentation for system and workflow operations for IT shared services teams. Improve existing business/IT data workflow processes and create new data workflow processes. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field plus two (2) years of experience in information technology or a related occupation. Two (2) years of experience must include: Microsoft BI stack; C#; Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS); Master Data Management; and .NET programming. ** ** LOCATION: 15 Inverness Way East, Englewood, CO 80112 (Telecommuting permitted within normal commuting distance of Englewood, CO office). **SALARY RANGE: ** The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,595 to $139,800 . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses & certifications.
