This role involves integrating, testing, and troubleshooting radar software to ensure optimal system performance in various operating environments. You will interact with downstream program stakeholders and tackle complex software integration issues across the SPY-6 program radar variants. You will perform Tier 1 support and triage for software issues occurring at downstream test sites and will coordinate with in-plant subject matter experts to resolve these issues. You will deploy, install, and update radar software at downstream radar sites.

Conduct software integration, system testing, and debugging in lab and field environments.
Independently develop and execute test plans, procedures, and scripts to validate radar software functionality and performance.
Collaborate with various stakeholders and engineering disciplines to resolve software and hardware integration challenges.
Take ownership of tasks and mentor junior engineers as needed.
Document integration processes, test results, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge transfer and system traceability.
Moderate travel (10-25%) to support field installation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications You Must Have
