Job Description

RRD is seeking a motivated and energetic student to join our team this summer! This is a hybrid position and some onsite presence will be required.

The Intern will support manufacturing system applications and work with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements.

As a Software Developer Intern, the goal of the internship will be to work through a series of application enhancements as prioritized and assigned by IT team leadership. The intern will be responsible for full lifecycle delivery of the enhancements, from initial analysis and design through development, to coordinating testing with business owners, and delivery.

Qualifications

• The intern candidate should be a full-time student at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Candidate will be versed in all phases of software development life cycle.
• Familiarity or exposure to .NET Core development platform, including Entity Framework Core, WPF, WCF, WF, ASP.NET, with C#, VB, and SQL development languages being preferred.
• Familiarity with AI development tools, including CoPilot and Claude, is also desirable..
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
• Positive attitude and outstanding customer service orientation.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Additional Information The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $24.00/ hour.
