Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated and Open Minded Direct Support Professional to provide support to an Individual in Flemington, NJ Flemington - Looking for experienced DSP who loves to get out and about to participate in fun activities/events with adult. Ideal DSP will work one to two Saturdays a month - flexible hours - up to 6 hours each time. Need reliable vehicle and valid DL/clean driving record. Up to $35/hr. for the right DSP candidate.

Benefits:

-A 401K is a benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal. Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month. Royal has a 10% match to employee contributions, and more information about this benefit can be provided upon request

Qualifications:

• Must be able to recognize that disability is a label and not a description

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a car
• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be willing to have a background check
• Must be willing to take a drug screening
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
