FedEx Delivery Driver (AVP)

KRM Capital, Inc is an independent pick-up and delivery service provider for FedEx Ground, and is looking to hire additional help to deliver small packages to route location residents in their own vehicle. Drivers will be paid per hour. Approved vehicles include sedans, station wagons, SUVs, minivans and pick-up trucks (with a covered and secure bed) that are no older than 15 years and have no significant cosmetic damage (Must be 2011/2012 or newer with current insurance). You must be 21 years of age. Also, you must show proof of insurance and vehicle registration. This job is great for individuals who have 3-5 hours of availability during the day, want to get out of the house, paid for exercise and could use some extra money! This is a great alternative or additional source of income for those working Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, etc. Drivers will be paid $20/hr + bonus with the expectation that you can complete 15-25 deliveries per hour.

Key qualifications:

• All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
• Drivers must have no more than 2 citations or traffic violations on their motor vehicle record in the past 3 years.
• No commercial driving experience is required.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, results driven, commitment to excellence, problem solving, time management skills, patience, customer focus.
• Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with hand truck

Required Technical Skills:

• Use a smartphone, tablet or Ipad with GPS that can be installed with an app
• Use a scanner, to log deliveries

Pay:

• 20/hour + bonus

Job Type: Part time or Full time This is a W-2 position - NOT 1099 - However, you are responsible for your own fuel and damages incurred to your vehicle.
