WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of flat-rate automotive technician experience
- Nissan experience a plus!
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent diagnostic and repair abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background check

THE ROLE: FLAT RATE TECHNICIAN
Put your expertise to work! You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering the quality and efficiency our customers deserve.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
- Performing repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations
- Meeting flat-rate productivity goals without compromising quality
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and a safe work environment
- Working closely with Service Advisors and management
- Following manufacturer guidelines and industry safety standards
