RISE Leadership Program
RISE (Rose Initiation: Standards of Excellence) is our 12-week personal and professional growth program designed to develop not just top performers, but strong, grounded leaders. Inspired by the belief that true success starts from within, RISE challenges each participant to define their why, raise their standards, and push beyond their comfort zone in every area of life. Through a structured mix of videos, written content, and real-world exercises, team members work toward meaningful personal goals while sharpening leadership skills and cultivating a growth mindset. Along the journey, participants earn rewards, and those who complete the program receive a $2,000 bonus at the finish line. At Rose, we believe money is a byproduct of purpose - not the purpose itself. RISE is for those ready to “set out into the deep,” take ownership of their growth, and rise into the person they are meant to become.
