We're looking for a caring, dependable, and detail-oriented Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team. Safely administer medications according to physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations. 2. Accurately document medication administration and maintain medication records. 3. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate staff. 4. Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. 5. Help residents with meals, transfers, and other daily activities as needed. 6. Respond to resident requests with patience, kindness, and professionalism. 7. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. 8. Assist with coordinating staff responsibilities and overseeing the smooth operation of your assigned shift. 9. Communicate important updates to coworkers and management and complete shift documentation. 10. Work closely with fellow team members to ensure residents receive attentive, consistent care. ### What We're Looking For: 1. Medication Technician certificate required. 2. Pennsylvania-approved Medication Administration training and required competency, or willingness to complete training before administering medications. 3. Previous experience in personal care, assisted living, or senior care. 4. A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to working with seniors. 5. Dependability, attention to detail, and good communication skills. 6. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well with others. 7.
