Key Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will:
- Provide quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate nursing staff or provider
- Perform nursing assessments and participate in ongoing resident care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete nursing documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team
- Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
- Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable state regulations
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
- Maintain a professional, compassionate, and resident-centered approach to care
Qualifications & Skills
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills
