Ron Carter, a certified Ford and Ram dealership, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Spray-in Bedliner apprentice/Prep Technician to join our accessories team. In this entry-level role, you'll assist with the preparation and application of high-quality spray-in bedliners for new and pre-owned Ford and Ram trucks. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sand, and mask truck beds to prepare for spray-in liner application
• Assist experienced technicians during spray application
• Ensure proper material handling and protection of vehicle surfaces
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
• Learn dealership standards for spray-in bedliners, including thickness, texture, and quality expectations
• Support vehicle accessory installations as needed (e.g., tonneau covers, steps, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and management
• Follow OEM quality and warranty guidelines for Ford and Ram accessories

Qualifications:

• No prior bedliner experience required - training provided
• Prior experience in detailing, paint prep, body shop work, or general automotive service is a plus
• Must be comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and spray equipment (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and teamwork required
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dealership environment
