Recruiting Associate

Roessel Joy is seeking a motivated, driven recruiter to join our Accounting Operations Permanent Placement team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who builds relationships easily and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. You’ll partner with our sales team to connect top accounting and finance talent with leading employers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team with a clear path into leadership for high performers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with candidates to understand their experience, goals, and career preferences
• Publish job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media
• Source and contact passive accounting and finance candidates online
• Network with candidates in person at job fairs and networking events
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Interview candidates (via Zoom or in person) to expand our talent network and identify strong candidates to present to the sales team
• Keep candidates updated on their status for roles they have been submitted to
• Prepare candidates for client interviews
• Build talent pipelines of high-potential accounting and finance candidates for future opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of candidate information and feedback for future roles
• Manage a portfolio of candidates and sustain strong relationships with them
• Meet the core activity metrics set by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, management, or sales a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
• Drive to grow, take on more responsibility, and exceed metric benchmarks
• 1+ years of experience as a top producer at a staffing agency is a plus but not required
