Mobile Equipment maintenance supervisor Memphis, TN | Full time | $95- $120k Department: Maintenance Department Reports to: Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily operations in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will take the lead with maintenance scheduling and personnel coordination, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and manage department budgets and costs. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership qualities that can maintain professional relationships with vendors and operations management as well as someone who will follow the companies’ vision, that is the importance of safety and environmental practices.

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum of five years experience in industrial equipment repair technology and supervisory experience -Availability to lift 50lbs. -Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office / maintenance systems -Availability to understand financial data -Great communication skills through written and verbal format for individuals as well as group settings. -Associate’s degree in heavy equipment repair technology or related experience. -Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:
