HVAC Sales Coordinator

Robies has an immediate opening for an HVAC Sales Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the sales team & work directly with customers to ensure an elite, top-tier customer experience for every Robies prospect or customer. Specific tasks include, but not limited to: scheduling calls, confirmation calls, follow-up calls, prospecting calls, onboarding new customers, assisting with installation prep, estimating & data entry & spreadsheet management. Candidates should be very comfortable making phone calls to customers. Candidates must be able to exude a warm, welcoming, gentle, enthusiastic, energetic demeanor at all times when dealing with customers. Ensuring customers have a wonderful experience is the #1 goal & priority of Robies HVAC Sales Coordinator. Candidates must be motivated & excited to directly help Robies Sales Team succeed & book more jobs. Must be very knowledgeable & efficient at technology, fast & accurate typist, experience with software, apps, & proficient & fast with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word. Also, must be open to embrace AI & emerging technology. Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented & possess excellent follow-through. Must be comfortable taking direction from multiple supervisors. Robies Sales & Installation Dept is fast paced - candidates must be able to thrive a fast-paced work environment.
