Assistant Perfumer

🌿 WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT PERFUMER – NEW YORK CREATIVE CENTER 🌿

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Assistant Perfumer to join our New York Creative Center and work closely with our Senior Perfumer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fragrance, technically strong, highly organized, and eager to continue developing within the world of perfumery. In this role, you will serve as the technical right hand to the Senior Perfumer, providing hands-on support across fragrance development and the technical aspects required to successfully move creations forward. What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with the Senior Perfumer on day-to-day fragrance development and technical activities
• Provide support related to regulatory requirements, fragrance stability, and technical compliance
• Research and help resolve raw material sourcing, availability, substitution, and quality issues
• Support formula management, modifications, and technical follow-up
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Purchasing, Laboratory, Evaluation, and other internal partners to help move projects forward
• Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively identify potential solutions
• Maintain accurate formula, raw material, and project information
• Serve as a trusted resource to the Senior Perfumer across technical and creative priorities
• Continue developing your knowledge of raw materials, fragrance construction, and the creative perfumery process Who We’re Looking For

Formal perfumery education or training is a plus. 📍 Location: New York Creative Center, New York 🏢 Work Schedule: 5 days per week on-site This is an on-site, hands-on role designed for someone who wants to learn directly alongside an experienced Senior Perfumer and become an integral part of the creative process.
