We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador 2 to support daily workplace operations and deliver a high-quality, service-focused experience for employees, visitors, and business partners in Dallas, Texas. This is an on-site Contract position that blends front desk coverage with workplace coordination, requiring someone who can balance hospitality, vendor communication, and operational follow-through. The role is ideal for a self-directed team member who can manage multiple priorities, respond to building-related requests, and help keep meetings, guest services, and office support running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and employees with a courteous, helpful approach while managing front desk coverage on designated reception days.
- Coordinate workplace support activities such as supply ordering, service follow-up, and routing facility-related requests to the appropriate vendors or internal partners.
- Review and manage service tickets in Corrigo, investigate issues such as badge access problems, and ensure requests are directed to the correct support teams for resolution.
- Support meeting and event operations by arranging room readiness, coordinating catering or beverage needs, and assisting with audiovisual or setup requirements when needed.
- Maintain organized visitor and workplace records, answer incoming calls, and provide clear information to employees, guests, and service providers.
- Partner with vendors, facilities contacts, and other stakeholders to help resolve non-technical building concerns and minimize disruption to daily office operations.
- Monitor shared spaces and meeting areas to ensure they remain clean, functional, and prepared for employee and client use.
- Handle administrative tasks such as responding to service inquiries, preparing basic reports or updates, and completing assigned projects within expected timelines.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, workplace services, hospitality, or office operations.
- Ability to manage a hybrid workload that includes both front desk responsibilities and behind-the-scenes workplace support.
- Experience using ticketing or work order platforms such as Corrigo, or the ability to learn similar systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, guests, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated skill in multitasking, staying organized, and following through on requests in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the judgment to escalate issues to the appropriate contacts when needed.
