We are seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Analyst to help oversee a complex, multi-state claims program and partner with Risk Management to improve claim outcomes. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone with employer-side workers’ compensation experience who is comfortable working with third-party administrators, defense counsel, carriers, and internal business partners.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee multi-state workers’ compensation claims administered by TPAs
- Review and challenge reserves, settlement recommendations, and claim strategies
- Monitor TPA performance and ensure claims are handled accurately and on time
- Analyze claim data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Risk Management, HR, Safety, Operations, and return-to-work teams
- Coordinate with defense counsel, adjusters, and carriers on complex or litigated claims
- Support financial reporting, audits, renewals, and actuarial reviews
- Help improve claims processes, reporting, and risk management practices
What We’re Looking For
- Workers’ compensation experience within claims, insurance, or risk management
- Employer-side experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with TPAs, carriers, and defense counsel
- Knowledge of multi-state claims and state-specific requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate reserves, settlements, and claim trends
- Familiarity with return-to-work strategies, medical documentation, and workers’ compensation litigation
- Strong Excel skills and experience with claims or risk management systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative risk management team and have a direct impact on claim strategy, program performance, and financial outcomes.
