Workers Compensation Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Analyst to support a large U.S. workers’ compensation program. This is a hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate brings employer-side workers’ compensation experience, strong TPA oversight skills, and an analytical approach to claims and risk management.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and TPA/adjuster performance
• Review claim strategy, reserves, settlements, and exposure
• Partner with HR on FMLA, accommodations, and return-to-work
• Support litigated claims and collaborate with defense counsel, HR, Safety, and Operations
• Analyze claims data and trends to identify cost-containment and risk-reduction opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Employer-side workers’ compensation or risk management experience
• Experience working with TPAs and self-insured/high-retention programs
• Strong understanding of claims, reserves, settlements, and litigation
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Workers’ Compensation Adjuster license preferred
