Website Project Manager

We are partnering with a growing digital services organization to identify a Web Project Manager who will oversee website implementation projects from kickoff through launch. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing digital projects who is looking for greater ownership, visibility, and influence within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website implementation projects from onboarding through launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Lead client meetings, status updates, and project communications.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project delivery processes.
• Utilize project management and AI tools to enhance efficiency and execution.
• Support smooth project handoffs and long-term client success.

Top 5 Must-Haves:

• Experience managing or coordinating website, digital, technology, or marketing projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within an agency, digital marketing, SaaS, or fast-paced professional environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in process improvement and leveraging technology and AI to drive efficiency.

Preferred Experience:

• Agency project management experience.
• Website implementation or onboarding experience.
