In this permanent role, you will create and maintain client-facing websites, keep online financial content accurate through data integrations, and contribute visual assets for marketing and client communications. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a small, agile team where adaptability, creativity, and hands-on problem solving are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain multiple client websites to ensure strong performance, usability, and visual consistency.
  • Build new web properties from concept through launch, aligning each site with branding and business goals.
  • Connect external data sources to websites so financial information remains current and reliable.
  • Produce digital and print-ready graphic materials to support marketing campaigns and client-facing documents.
  • Partner with outside vendors that currently oversee portions of the web portfolio and help transition selected work to internal ownership.
  • Collaborate closely with a small team to balance development, design, and ongoing site enhancements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Troubleshoot website issues, implement improvements, and help keep web experiences functional and engaging for users.
  • At least 2 years of experience in web development and web design.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and maintaining responsive websites.
  • Experience using a content management system such as WordPress, Drupal, or a similar platform.
  • Graphic design capability with the ability to create effective marketing and client communication materials.
  • Strong understanding of front-end design principles, layout, and user experience best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team setting and manage a variety of responsibilities at once.
  • A resourceful and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.
