Warehouse Logistics Coordinator IV (Contractor)

We are looking for an experienced warehouse and logistics team member to support packaging, order fulfillment, and inventory movement in Pennsylvania. This contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production and shipping environment, where accuracy and organization are essential. The role focuses on assembling products, preparing outgoing orders, and maintaining reliable inventory control throughout daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and shipment needs.
• Retrieve parts, materials, and finished goods from stock locations to support packing and order completion.
• Prepare boxes, protective materials, labels, and other shipping supplies for daily outbound activity.
• Pack items carefully to ensure products are secure, accurate, and ready for transport.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by recording stock movement and monitoring item levels.
• Support shipping operations by organizing completed orders for dispatch and confirming packaging readiness.
• Assist with production line and warehouse tasks as needed to keep workflow moving efficiently.
• At least 6 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or production support roles.
• Hands-on background in picking, packing, product assembly, and order preparation.
• Working knowledge of inventory tracking and materials handling practices.
• Experience preparing shipments and packaging components in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with logistics and shipping functions across daily warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience is not required for this position.
