Warehouse Associate

We are urgently seeking Warehouse Associates for a temporary opportunity in El Segundo, California. This role focuses on supporting inventory organization and warehouse operations by sorting, moving, and maintaining inventory throughout the facility. The position plays a key role in ensuring materials are properly organized, accessible, and accounted for while supporting ongoing warehouse projects.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift, including lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Organize, sort, and arrange inventory boxes throughout the warehouse.
• Move and relocate materials to designated locations while maintaining organization and accuracy.
• Support inventory control efforts by ensuring products are properly stored and accessible.
• Assist with warehouse projects and daily operational activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and team protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to support inventory management and warehouse efficiency.
• Assist with general material handling and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain strong attendance.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or general labor experience is preferred.
