Technical Project Manager

A rapidly growing digital infrastructure organization is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology and infrastructure initiatives across a national portfolio of facilities. This individual will play a key role in building and scaling network, telecommunications, and enterprise systems capabilities as the organization expands through organic growth and acquisitions. This is a highly visible position that combines program leadership, infrastructure deployment, systems integration, vendor management, and executive-level communication. Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths across multiple technology initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, risk management processes, and executive communication cadences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Infrastructure & Network Deployment

• Lead multi-site infrastructure and network rollouts, including procurement, installation, testing, migration, and production cutover activities.
• Coordinate facility readiness, equipment delivery schedules, implementation resources, and operational requirements.
• Support integration efforts related to newly acquired locations and technology environments.

Enterprise Systems & Technology Integration

• Oversee implementation and integration of core business platforms including CRM, ERP, billing, operational systems, and customer-facing technologies.
• Manage testing programs, user acceptance activities, deployment planning, and post-launch support initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between technical dependencies, business objectives, and operational readiness.

Vendor & Risk Management

• Manage external vendors, contractors, consultants, and technology partners against project objectives and contractual commitments.
• Monitor budgets, project forecasts, change requests, and overall financial performance.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and business objectives.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Deliver executive-level dashboards, status reports, and performance updates.
• Develop scalable project management methodologies, templates, and documentation standards.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and operational handoff processes.

8+ years of technical project or program management experience. Background delivering infrastructure, telecommunications, network, data center, or enterprise IT initiatives. Experience leading large-scale, multi-site deployments and systems implementations. Strong understanding of networking, telecommunications, fiber connectivity, carrier services, and related infrastructure environments. Experience coordinating CRM, ERP, ITSM, billing, or similar enterprise platforms. PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or related certifications preferred. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments where processes and programs are being built from the ground up
