The Tax Accountant role is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to work with a diverse client base while gaining exposure to individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax engagements.

As the Tax Accountant you will:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and business entities.
• Assist with tax planning, projections, and research to support client needs.
• Analyze financial records and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing tax and accounting support.
• Work closely with senior accountants and partners on compliance and advisory projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and related documentation.
• Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns.
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel.
• CPA designation or CPA-track candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
