What the Role Offers

  • Direct partnership with firm leadership
  • Collaborative team environment
  • Exposure to both tax compliance and strategic tax planning
  • Opportunity to shape processes and contribute to the firm's future growth

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100-150 business and individual clients
  • Prepare and review S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnership, Trust, and Individual tax returns

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client tax and compliance matters
  • Review financial statements and collaborate with bookkeeping professionals to ensure accuracy
  • Respond to federal, state, and local tax notices
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and guidance
  • Partner with leadership and colleagues to deliver exceptional client service

Why Join? This is an opportunity to move beyond pure compliance work and become a true advisor to your clients. You'll join a firm that values flexibility, development, and long-term employee success while providing the resources and support needed to continue advancing your career.

If you're a CPA seeking greater flexibility, meaningful client ownership, and the opportunity to grow with the firm, we'd love to connect.
