The successful candidate will bring strong sourcing expertise, excellent organization, and the ability to build talent pipelines through community outreach, digital recruiting, and hiring events.
Responsibilities:

- Develop creative sourcing campaigns using job boards, industry networks, and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Build partnerships with trade schools, workforce programs, and community-based organizations to support ongoing workforce development efforts.
- Maintain precise recruiting records within the applicant tracking system and ensure documentation is complete, current, and audit-ready.
- Monitor hiring activity by tracking measures such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and event outcomes to improve recruiting performance.
- Apply recruiting practices that align with internal procedures and employment regulations while supporting a consistent candidate experience.
- 3–5 years of experience managing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment activities.
- Background recruiting for construction, manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications, or similarly workforce-driven industries is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and social recruiting platforms.
- Proven ability to plan and execute hiring fairs, outreach events, or other large-scale recruiting initiatives.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands effectively.
- High level of accuracy, dependability, and personal accountability in day-to-day recruiting work.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern recruiting technology.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills and the ability to travel locally for recruiting events are preferred; a valid driver's license may be required when driving is part of the role.
