Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience using Workday and strong relationship-building skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Utilize Workday to manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and recruitment activity.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular recruiting updates and reporting.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Workday.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
