This individual will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent across the organization, supporting both technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple requisitions, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience. Experience recruiting within technology, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across scientific, technical, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and corporate functions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, referrals, and professional networks to identify talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruiting progress, market conditions, candidate availability, and pipeline activity.
- Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions, approvals, and candidate follow-up.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment activity within the ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and hiring progress.
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, university outreach, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies, applicable employment laws, and confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition from offer acceptance through the new hire's first day.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Previous experience recruiting within technology, life sciences, medical device, or another technical industry preferred.
- Experience sourcing candidates for scientific, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or corporate roles is a plus.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment, and talent pipeline development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to track metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential candidate and company information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
