The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, and recruitment analytics across a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment activities from intake through offer stage for a high volume of openings, managing approximately 18 to 25 active requisitions at a time.
  • Build candidate pipelines using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to identify talent with relevant experience for a variety of office-based roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position needs, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with external staffing agencies when specialized support is needed to fill select positions.
  • Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports that provide visibility into pipeline activity, recruitment progress, and overall performance.
  • Focus recruiting efforts on office and operations positions rather than production or direct labor roles.
  • Support recruitment across multiple business locations, ensuring a consistent recruiting approach and strong communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate data within ADP Workforce Now and other talent acquisition tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition with a strong background in full-cycle corporate recruiting.
  • Ability to successfully manage a high requisition load while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with partnering with third-party agencies as part of a broader recruitment strategy.
  • Experience creating recruiting reports and using data to evaluate hiring activity and outcomes.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, including ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and locations.
