Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) Multi-State Operations | Contract Opportunity

Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Our client, a global organization with employees across multiple states, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts and help attract top talent across various business functions.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions located across multiple states and business units
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting channels
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple time zones
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support offer preparation, pre-employment processes, and onboarding coordination
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress
• Stay current on employment practices and recruiting compliance requirements across various states

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple states or geographic regions
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable collaborating with remote teams and hiring managers across different locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a national or global workforce
• Background recruiting for corporate, professional, operations, or shared services roles
• Familiarity with employment regulations and hiring practices across multiple states
