Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support and optimize core enterprise infrastructure in Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and can maintain secure, reliable server and identity environments while contributing to day-to-day operational stability. The role focuses on Microsoft-based systems, directory services, virtualization access platforms, and messaging technologies in a fast-paced technical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments to ensure secure access, identity management, and policy enforcement.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure by monitoring system health, applying updates, and resolving performance or availability issues.
• Manage Citrix technologies to deliver stable remote access and application availability for end users.
• Oversee Microsoft Exchange administration, including mailbox support, system maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents across server, authentication, and messaging platforms to minimize downtime and restore services efficiently.
• Implement configuration changes, system improvements, and routine maintenance activities in alignment with operational requirements.
• Document technical procedures, environment details, and support activities to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to strengthen infrastructure reliability, security, and overall platform performance.
• Hands-on experience supporting Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, including user access and identity-related support.
• Practical expertise with Citrix technologies in a production setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange administration and messaging support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues across multiple Microsoft platforms.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
