Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support daily order fulfillment activities for a team based in Lake Forest, California. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who works carefully with transactional data, communicates clearly across operations, and can maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment. The role focuses on coordinating order-related tasks, updating delivery information, and helping ensure materials move through established supply chain processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer and internal supply chain orders with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
• Update confirmed shipment or delivery dates in the appropriate system to keep order records current.
• Prepare and print work orders needed to support production and fulfillment activities.
• Complete post-goods-issue transactions after delivery confirmation has been received from the customer.
• Review order information for completeness and resolve routine discrepancies by following standard procedures.
• Maintain organized records and data entries to support reliable inventory and order tracking.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations personnel to help keep daily workflows on schedule.
• Prior experience in supply chain support, order processing, logistics coordination, or a related operational role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter and manage data accurately.
• Comfortable learning business systems and following established process steps consistently.
• Ability to manage repetitive transactional work while maintaining quality and focus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and confirming order status.
• Experience with supply chain management or inventory-related activities is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP or similar enterprise systems is strongly preferred
