The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily payables and receivables activity, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and processed on schedule.
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documentation to maintain an accurate general ledger.
- Contribute to monthly and annual close processes by organizing financial data, reviewing account activity, and resolving open items.
- Maintain reliable accounting records by monitoring data quality and correcting inconsistencies when identified.
- Support billing operations, invoice generation, cash posting, and expense monitoring to keep financial activity current and traceable.

- Familiarity with month-end close procedures, financial reporting, and compliance with internal accounting controls.
