Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and account reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals, vendor statement reconciliations, and resolution of outstanding discrepancies.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams on ERP implementations, process improvements, audits, and special accounting projects.
• Experience in accounting, with strong working knowledge of accounts payable and expense reporting.
• Hands-on background with general ledger processes, including account reconciliation and journal entry preparation.
• Familiarity with expense management platforms and financial systems used for AP processing and reporting.
• Ability to evaluate workflows, identify control gaps, and contribute to process improvements.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through.
