  • Reconcile cash activity across records and systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Complete credit card reconciliations and investigate unmatched or unusual transactions.

  • Support accounts receivable functions, including tracking incoming payments and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and general ledger maintenance to keep financial data current and reliable.
  • Record journal entries and verify supporting documentation for routine accounting transactions.
  • Use Excel tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze data, organize reports, and improve accounting workflow.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience in a staff accountant, bookkeeper, or similar finance role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of accounts receivable, general ledger activity, and journal entry preparation.
  • Experience completing bank and credit card reconciliations with strong attention to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with monthly account reconciliation processes and account analysis.
