- Maintain the general ledger by entering monthly activity, accruals, depreciation, and other fixed asset-related entries.
- Complete regular account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and key balance sheet accounts to support accurate financial records.
- Research account variances and resolve discrepancies promptly to keep reporting reliable and current.
- Administer the accounts payable cycle, including vendor setup, coding review, approval tracking, and adherence to organizational policies.

- Prepare and post journal entries that support complete and timely monthly and annual financial close activities.
- Assist with period-end close and audit readiness by organizing supporting documentation and processing required adjustments.
- Help produce financial reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders while partnering with colleagues to collect data, analyze variances, and improve accounting workflows.
- Detail-oriented experience in accounting, including hands-on work with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

- Knowledge of accounts payable processes, expense review procedures, and internal control practices.
- Familiarity with month-end and year-end close responsibilities, including accruals and audit support.
- Ability to identify inconsistencies in financial data, investigate root causes, and implement accurate corrections.
