Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain accurate records in Sage Intacct.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting.
- Help prepare internal financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Support audits and ad hoc reporting requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Staff accounting or general accounting experience.
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
- Familiarity with account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
