What You'll Do Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Support financial reporting, account analysis, and variance analysis Reconcile complex balance sheet and general ledger accounts Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives Mentor entry level team members and support special projects as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and attention to detail CPA, CPA track, or public accounting experience is a plus Ideal Candidate Takes ownership and drives results Detail-oriented and analytical Collaborative team player Adaptable and proactive Eager to grow professionally and take on increased responsibility
