- Contribute to regulatory filings, tax-related reporting support, and management reporting by developing clear, accurate financial information and presentations.
- Participate in special projects such as process improvements, system enhancement testing, and ad hoc analysis that strengthen reporting and control environments.
- Provide guidance to business partners and entry-level team members on accounting treatment, reporting expectations, and control-related matters. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, audit, or internal controls, preferably in a multi-entity or complex reporting environment.
- Hands-on experience with SOX compliance, control testing, internal audit, and internal control documentation.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, account reconciliation, and analysis of complex accounting issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced spreadsheet and reporting capabilities.
