In this role, you will guide channel strategy, oversee day-to-day agency collaboration, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver engaging, on-brand storytelling across social platforms. This position will also build and expand an influencer program designed to increase visibility, attract new customers, and generate credible creator-led content.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the overall social media approach across existing and emerging platforms, with particular attention to expanding reach on IG, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Lead the external agency partnership by setting priorities, reviewing progress regularly, and ensuring work is delivered on time and at a high standard.
  • Manage the social content roadmap and calendar with internal creative partners to align posts with campaigns, launches, seasonal moments, and brand priorities.
  • Supervise social publishing workflows, including advance scheduling and coordination of content distribution.
  • Monitor platform performance, interpret key metrics, and turn insights into recommendations that improve engagement, awareness, and growth.
  • Respond quickly to changes in trends, product launches, and partner opportunities by adjusting content plans and channel activity as needed.
  • Support audience interaction across social channels by helping manage messages, partnership outreach, and meaningful community engagement.
  • Build and grow the influencer program by identifying creators, guiding communications, setting campaign objectives, and managing the associated budget.
  • Collaborate with brand, editorial, partnerships, events, and commercial teams to bring key stories and activations to life in a cohesive way across social media.
  • Proven experience leading social media strategy for a consumer-facing brand with responsibility for growth, engagement, and brand consistency.
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a clear understanding of current content trends and platform behavior.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agency relationships and coordinate effectively with internal content and marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience using performance data and social KPIs to evaluate results and shape future campaign direction.
  • Background in influencer marketing, including creator selection, campaign execution, budget oversight, and success measurement.
  • Familiarity with content planning and publishing tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Ability to write, organize, and adapt social campaigns quickly in response to changing priorities and timely opportunities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and maintain alignment on brand voice and objectives.
