Primary Responsibilities
- Process complex payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.
- Audit payroll changes, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Handle garnishments, benefits deductions, and multi-state payroll issues.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports.
- Support compliance, year-end activities, and payroll audits.
- Help improve payroll processes and may assist with training junior staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll experience.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and payroll compliance.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
- CPP preferred for some employers.
