Sr Fund Accountant

Internationally known Private Equity firm is seeking a senior fund accountant to support a rapidly expanding Business Development Corporation (BDC). The senior fund accountant must have strong experience reviewing Net Asset Value (NAV) packages ideally for debt funds. Experience managing and working with third party fund administrators also helpful. Senior fund accountant will help with financial reporting, 8k, 10Q, 10K, in addition to various analysis. Strong Excel a must.

• 5+ years of fund accounting experience, including significant exposure to private equity fund accounting environments.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing NAV packages, preferably within debt funds or similar investment vehicles.
• Background working with private equity, private equity fund structures, closed-end funds, or fund management operations.
• Familiarity with financial reporting requirements, including support for 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K filings.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with third-party fund administrators and internal stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze financial data and produce clear reporting outputs.
