Sr. FP&A Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyze business performance and prepare management reporting.
• Use data tools, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to improve planning and analysis.
• Support strategic planning, scenario modeling, and decision support.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate trends and key performance drivers.
• Present findings and recommendations to finance leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Several years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience with planning tools, BI platforms, or automation tools preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• MBA or CFA may be preferred for some employers.
