Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a multi-entity manufacturing company in Greensboro, NC. This on-site role will support consolidated financial reporting, management reporting, variance analysis, and presentation preparation for leadership. The position will also partner with the broader FP&A team across commercial finance, SG&A, and supply chain to provide ad hoc analysis, data gathering, and reporting support.

Responsibilities

Support consolidated financial results across multiple entities. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations. Perform budget-to-actual, forecast, and prior-period variance analysis. Assist with ad hoc analysis and data gathering for commercial, SG&A, and supply chain finance. Partner cross-functionally to support planning and business decisions. Use ERP systems and BI tools to analyze data and improve reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience. Experience in manufacturing and/or multi-entity environments preferred. Strong skills in reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools. Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation abilities. Process improvement mindset and strong business partnering skills.
