Sr. Financial Analyst

We have partnered with a non-profit on their search for a Senior Financial Analyst who has proven expertise in the understanding of the annual and operating budget process. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision making by providing comprehensive financial analysis and insights. In this Senior Financial Analyst role, you will assess financial opportunities, complete complex accounting analysis, generate monthly/quarterly reporting packages, prepare month end close entries, lead or assist with due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other business development initiatives, perform budgeting and forecasting activities, and assist in identifying new growth opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.

The ideal Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Arts/Science.

Other requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst role include and are not limited to: · Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role · MBA, CPA a plus · Non-Profit industry experience preferred · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) · NetSuite software experience · Strong communication skills
