The position requires strong analytical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work across technical and operational teams to deliver practical recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting initiatives focused on audit readiness, compliance performance, and internal control effectiveness across client environments.
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement related to internal audit standards, risk management, and operational governance.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to document findings, communicate recommendations, and support implementation of corrective actions.
  • Use Jira and related tracking tools to organize project activities, monitor issue resolution, and maintain clear reporting on deliverables.
  • Review technology environments that include Cisco-based infrastructure to assess controls, security considerations, and compliance alignment.
  • Advise clients on policies and practices connected to retirement benefits administration and associated regulatory obligations.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and status updates that translate complex audit and compliance matters into actionable business guidance.
  • Demonstrated experience in audit compliance, internal audit, or advisory work within a consulting services setting.
  • Working knowledge of Jira for task coordination, issue tracking, and project documentation.
  • Familiarity with Cisco technologies and the ability to evaluate technical controls in infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of regulatory and operational considerations related to retirement benefits programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a thorough approach to assessments and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while contributing effectively in a client-facing consulting role.
