We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Pigment) to lead the administration and evolution of our enterprise planning platform in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will work across Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, and IT to turn planning needs into scalable system solutions that improve decision-making and operational visibility. This position combines business analysis, platform configuration, and cross-functional partnership to support reliable planning processes and strong user adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner of the Pigment platform, overseeing administration, security access, configuration, testing, releases, and ongoing support.
  • Design, enhance, and maintain planning models that support financial forecasting, operating expenses, capital planning, workforce planning, and supply chain operations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate planning objectives into system functionality, data structures, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with data and enterprise architecture teams to manage integrations between Pigment and connected source systems, while resolving data flow and performance issues.
  • Establish and run change governance practices, including impact assessment, approval workflows, release coordination, and documentation of updates.
  • Act as the main point of escalation for platform-related issues, driving root-cause analysis and timely resolution for business users.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation to strengthen self-service capabilities and improve adoption across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities through new features, model enhancements, and additional data connections aligned with business priorities.
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, FP&A technology, enterprise planning platforms, or related finance systems roles.
  • Hands-on experience configuring or supporting planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and expense management.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts such as demand planning, inventory management, supply constraints, and sales and operations planning.
  • Working knowledge of data integrations, including APIs, flat files, cloud storage connections, or iPaaS tools.
  • Experience gathering requirements, reviewing documentation, and working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application and data issues, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive solutions to completion.
